What music software should I use?

Posted by Netjeri - November 13th, 2018

So I'm curious, should I stick with GarageBand and be unable to upload here yet using something I'm used to or should I buy FL Studio Mobile so I can upload here but have to learn everything again?

On a seperate note, how's everyone's day today?

Hey!
So, if you're committed to going mobile as far as Software goes, I'd say garage band is your best bet. However, if you have a PC or Mac, then I'd recommend researching the best DAW for whichever genre you're working in. You seem to like DnB etc, so for that I'd recommend Ableton Live or FL Studio 20. Bitwig studio is smaller but also a viable option. If you have a computer thats a PC, I'd recommend downloading Cakewalk by Bandlab, the best free DAW out there, possibly the only one used by high-end professionals.

Yeah I figured something like this would be the response I'd get. I've been keeping my work on Garageband but I've also experimented with FL Mobile and I think if I got used to it it could be used a lot more. Overall, even though I do have a PC I think I'll stick with mobile composing until I get something like FL Studio, since I've used the free version of that before.
Thanks for the feedback,
